Wayne, about 6 weeks ago i needed a motor for the mixing flap of the front driver side vent ( part number 964-624-324-00 ) and was quoted around $190+ and $170+ for a repair shop.I discussed it with my wrench and since i was able to save few $$ i went ahead and gave the wrench the tele# and the sales girls name.
I was also clearly told that since it was an electrical part that there will be no refunds and blah blah which i understood, discussed that with my wrench and the part was finally ordered. Fast forward to today,i am just after picking up the car and the bill of sale says $ 200 which is not what i was quoted.I called your sales dept and spoke with John ext 248 but he kept saying that the part retails for $260 and that i saved $60 so what am i crying about ![]() The question is,the sales girl that filled the order is no longer working for you guys so you probably would think i am talking out of my head ![]() All i want is,if you can please check and see if $170+ sounds right to you for a repair shop cost or not and if it is then i guess i will just have the mech call you to get a credit.
