Question Targa door hinges

Are the door hinges interchangeable on P-cars (meaning a swap from the driver's side to the passenger's side). They look the same but upside down. Before I do the trial and error thingy, has anybody ever done this ? I want to change hinges from one car to the other and get rid of a sloppy door hinge
Cheers

The PET only shows one part number for door hinges from 74-77 and does not show any difference between LH and RH sides.

Yea, I've got a sloppy door hinge on the driver's sde. It rattles like a mofo every time I hit a good sharp edged bump. Drives me crazy.

You can just change out the bronze bushings which tightens them up a lot... sorry, don't know where to get them.
