Show Me Your SWB 911
Hi guys, I'am very close to painting my 67 911. Trying to get different looks on colors, Porsche scripts, tires, wheels, and overall look. I should be painting my 67 as early as next week. Regards, Freddie

What is the original color?
IIRC it was Light Ivory. Since it is a '67 you can take the liberty of adding a 911R stripe, these were available as an option from the factory in that year. What does your Certificate of Authenticity say the original options were? It's pricey at $125 for a sheet of paper but you can't get the information anywhere else: Porsche's price elasticity of demand is countered only by the corporate conscience. Anyway, original color, whatever that is, with R stripes (vinyl). It will be absolutely the bomb when it's done.

John, do you have any examples of R stripes on 67's?
