Seems like a fair deal. I emailed the seller asking for part numbers 4 days ago & they were promised to me but never provided...

hence no bid from me.

He stated they were oem.....so if they were fakes, you would have had recourse.

Well, if it takes that long to provide part numbers, that is not going to help buyer's confidence. How about a close up picture to start with? Also, that's a question you would want to answer directly in Ebay, so it is posted for all to see.

Great deal, yeah right, with white paint and from a 1 feedback seller? Whatever!!!

George

No way I would send big money out of state to a new eBay account. If I lived local and could pick them up, yes.

Chicago.... isnt that home to those Porsche parts crooks on eBay? The ones that are always too sick so they can't ship. They can only take money?

edit: Correction... an old account (5yrs) with one feedback. Still too much of a gamble for me.

www.paypalsucks.com

Paypal took several hundred dollars out of my account, claiming it was "unauthorized funds" that I received. Fact was that a seller went belly up and his refund to me was taken back. They do that so they can pay off credit card customers that have a way to retracted their $.

Bottom line? NEVER use PayPal in high $ transactions.

To add to what George said, never link your Paypal acct to a bank acct that carries a balance. I opened another bank acct specifically for Paypal use. Money from PP gets transfered into this transition acct, then immediately transfered into my regular chq acct. That way the transition acct is always empty so PP can't steal money out of it.

Always transfer $ into your PP acct from your credit card so that you have recourse when PP allows a scammer to take your money.
