What are these ? (electrical)

I tried doind searches for resistors and diodes, with no luck.
Does anyone know what these are ?
The blue butt connector tells me they are something added by the PO but, i'm not sure.
They are mounted onto the electrical panel/box in the engine compartment, just above the heater control relay unit.

Capacitors.
Some use those to reduce electric noise to the radio.

Capacitors with 4700 MicroFarad each. These would cancel low frequencies but won't do much for the alternator noise....
