930 BOV service
It's time to address the 930 BOV "tapping"on an all stock 1987 3.3L, because passengers always ask what's that click noise? I have removed the airbox and intercooler. I have also removed the two bolts and one nut on the BOV plenum, then loosened the large intake hose clamps. The unit will not budge. Are there any other hidden retainers? Several Pelican threads have been helpful so far...but I must be missing something. Also, who stocks the replacement gaskets/o-rings? Thanks!

Wow, if I had only used "dump valve" in my search, great link Goran!

check the picture under your heading "5. Take out intermediate-throttle body, check it out:"
I did notice some differences in the plenum assembly: mine does not have a port on the inside of the rearend facing cover, nor is there a "tee" hose assembly (upper left on your picture)...USA version difference, perhaps? The gaskets I found were homemade knife cut paper-fiber type!! I believe this was a previous quick fix. Standard gaskets appear to be nylon, correct?
