my fuel pump has failed for the seccond time and i think a replacement would be better than another rebuild. has any body found a resonable replacement?
i found a holley pump that looks like it could work for $110. it has a internaly regulated 14 psi pump with a 9psi max external regulator. think that would work? http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CategoryDisplay?storeId=10001&catalogId=10002&catalogIdentifier=Jegs_Direct&categoryId=14235&parentCategoryId=10307 it looks like the bosh pump is 14 psi and the regulator is set to 28 psi? what about the regulator at the fuel filter? what is that set at? the motor will run with out the fuel pump so i shoulden't have to spend $600 on a bosch pump?

I used a holley inline pump (that actually ended up being a Walbro pump in actual make) that was rated at like 14psi (and enough lph/gph for MFI). I do not have a regulator and it works fine. I think it was like $150.
