Tech tip/ doors and deck lids
While I was doing the coach work on my 72 RS clone I had to take the deck lid, doors, stricker plates, and hood on and off more times than I care to remember, Once fitted correctly I drilled an 1/8 hole through hinge, plate, panel, etc. after painting the interior portions I just took the 1/8" drill bits inserted into holes, bolted down, perfect fit and no chipped paint.

Good tip. The original panels should have these alignment holes from the factory, as that was their method to fit panels before removal for paint. Learned that one from Damon (Series900).
