wiring diagram request for power mirrors

I am trying to put a non-heated power mirror onto a car that originally had a heated power mirror. I 'm not sure what year the car was that the non-heated mirror is from, probably an eighties car, but the car it is being installed on is an 89 cabriolet. The wires coming out of the non-heated mirror are Black, Brown, Blue, White, and gray with green markings. The wires coming out of the heated mirror are Gray with a Green stripe, Green, White with a Green stripe, Black, White with a Brown Stripe, and two Brown wires that are connected to the same terminal. In addition, the solid Green wire is jumped by a White and Green wire to the terminal with the White and Green wire. The two sets of wiring I have described are both coming out of the plugs at the ends of the wiring harnesses that plug into the harnesses inside of the mirrors. I have deduced which wires control the heater portion of the mirror, but I do not know which of the other wires is a ground for the motor, and which wires control which direction. As always, any help is greatly appreciated - Thanks in advance

I thought that all power door mirrors glasses were heated. There is a difference between early and late old-style mirrors, the glass fixing, motor and wiring was changed about 87.
An early 80's glass won't fit a later 87-92 mirror and the wiring has to be correctly changed as the plug and socket are different.

from my understanding, 87-89 had a different setup than the earlier ones

There are color code variations within years. I think Porsche did this to F with our heads.

So, going by color code is a guessing game. Best first step is to trace and document where each wire goes within the mirror.

For additional reference:

Actual mirror wire color coding from driver side 1985 Carrera.

Followed by Wiring chart from an SC.

Likewise.
I have a bit more but don't want to flood the board with too much info.
