Source for CF/FG Dash
 

I'm looking for a lightweight piece to be used as a dash. Does anyone sell one in carbon fiber or fiberglass? I will most likely cover it or paint it flat black. Would those aftermarket dash tops work without a dash to mount it on? Any ideas on what to use for a lightweight dash board?

i got mine from gt racing, i think it was $250 in fiberglass. i have not installed it yet, but the fit is questionable. it seems to be a dash cap to be fitted over the existing padded dash but i don't have the padded dash so i don't know. it requred trimming to fit and it still is rather clunky/racecar quality.

Thanks Gestalt1, I was looking at the GT racing dash and they do advertise it as a dash top. I'm guessing that putting a dash top without a dash will cause certain fitment issues, as you described. Anyone else have a custom/modified lightweight dash panel?
