Cool Rear axle hub / wheel conversion shop referral needed

I am looking for a shop who can machine and stud my rear axle hubs to a 130 x 5 Porsche wheel pattern. Thank you

I was hoping you wouldn't ask, but here goes, the chassis was manufactured by Metalcraft of Romulus, MI. I have converted the front disc already. The part number of the rear hub is a VW type 3 axle drum center. It looks like the center of a drum that they machined out the center and discarded the drum portion and retained the center. It is using a 914 or 944 rotor and varga caliper. I think it is a 4x100 right now. I can foward a picture if you like.

Thank you
