Targa Bar paint texture

The targa bar is supposed to have a texture to it. I see threads recommending various paints:

Wurth Satin trim
Wurth Flexi-trim Satin
Wurth Matt
Rustoleum 777 (no texture though?)
SEM (not sure of the type, I'll assume it was a trim paint)

So do any of these provide the original texture?

For reference I painted my bar in '96 with 3 coats pf plasti-kote bumper black. (Back when Performance Products was my go to for orders .

The plasti-kote paint has held up reasonably well and there is a texture too.
