don't know why they placed the fogs outboard - except for the obvious - better illumination. You'd think they could have been better incorporated in the 'front apron'. But then I am not a designer.... One extremely impressive presentation, including the vintage footage.

That is a super well produced video/marketing piece. Dang! Great bit for the non-Porsche enthusiast- for me, an enthusiast, i was left kinda uninterested in the car- i just don't like the looks- way too busy- looks like aftermarket add-on bodykit bit gone crazy- i sure would like to drive one though and sure id take one- im still in love with the 993TT though so if i had to choose give me a 96-7TT (i don't even need the "S"! see- im not greedy- haha!)

Not to pick on Johncarlos2003 too much but It irks me a bit when I'm told that you can't be a Porsche enthusiast and like this car.

I concur that the 993TT is my favorite to date but this car might change it around for me after I get a bit more used to it.

I loved it right up until they started showing the 996 turbo. And I do not like the new one - hate the rear wing, the big holes in the front bumper, and the Boxster side vents. Porsches are looking more and more Japanese with every new iteration. The marque died in '99 for me.
