Oil tank hose conversion?

I'm wondering if anyone has converted the hoses (under car) to the oil tank to accept AN fittings so you can use braided lines? My car is a 71 so it has the threaded fittings, but they are a ball & socket kind of thing. Any advice is appreciated.

jesset100 .. Thanks for the link. I have decided to change out my lines due to dentd in the line and the possibitity of oil flow restriction.
