Knee pad rattle 1981 SC

Just started making a rattle noise and noticed its a bit loose.
How do I get back there to tighten it up? What do I have to take off to get there? It's in great shape, just started getting loose. I would take a picture but last time I did that people thought I dipped an armadillo in sludge and took a photo at night! (Clutch spring trying to look for an oil leak). Here is a non distinct photo of the interior when I still had flash. Knee pad is on the right. Did a search but no luck. It is the passenger side knee pad. Thanks

Reach behind the dash from underneath and tighten the nuts. You'll need a deep socket and a/or short extension. There is also a sheet metal screw on the right hand side. No disassmbly is required, unless you want a little more room around the glovebox. If so, remove the door and loosen the screw that tightens the metal strap around the box.
