Wrong forum, but...
Do you have the horn off? You need to turn the horn assembly (counterclockwise, I believe) to expose the large retaining nut underneath. You then need a socket of the correct size (I can't remember which size; it's big) and remove it with a breaker bar or large ratchet. Once you get the horn off, it is pretty self explanatory.

NO; you have to turn the horn button assembly while the steering wheel is stationary.

Follow above instructions, loosen nut , but not al the way, wiggle steering wheel from side to side untill loose, this will avoid implanting the wheel in your face

on my 71 I just pulled the horn cover off, no turning was even possible. I had a 4 spoke wheel. Then just loosen big nut, pull off wheel. It's really easy.

It's easiest to use an impact wrench some times because it's difficult to hold the wheel from spinning while you're trying to losen the nut.
