HELP, brake issues on 66 911

I have installed a new master cylinder, rear calipers, new brake lines all around, new rubber gasket for the reservoir, new pads on the front calipers but I still cannot get the brakes to pump up. I have pressurized the system with a 15lb compressor on the reservoir, vacuumed each valve on the calipers, gravity bled each valve and pump bled them too. There are no fluid leaks on the floor and I tightened each connection and used Teflon tape on the connections. What could be the issue with this?

The brake system connectors seal by metal to metal contact at the ends not on the threads. Remove all of the teflon tape. I will conjecture you have managed to cover or clog a port somehow with the teflon tape - probably at the master cylinder.
