looking for driving advice - Arizona

I'm going to be in Scottsdale AR in April and I'm thinking of renting a Porsche and going for a day trip (possibly overnight) with the Mrs. while the grandparents take care of our son.

Can someone from the southwest, give me some advice on what would make a memorable drive?

Also, anyone in Pheonix or Scottsdale know of a rental company that will rent me a Porsche or other suitable sports car?

Thanks for the advice...

Head north of towards Flaggstaff but veer off towards Sedona and head up through Oak Creek Canyon. Take a camera.

Arcosanti...

On your way up or back from Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon, stop by Arcosanti and Cosanti to pick up a few Soleri Bells. Check the Arcosanti web site for the history.

Don't forget...take a CAMERA.......

Check the "Soleri Bells" Web site. Beautiful one of a kind Wind Bells with individual sounding chimes.

I've had several for many, many years and whenever they chime, guests always hush to hear them.

if you plan on seeing sedona from that vantage point, bring the 959 ROTHMANS and take schnebley hill out of sedona or off i-17
