Since the grounds for the tail ligts and head lights are different, I think you'll find it won't be a ground. You have to look for a commonality in the lights at the two ends of the car.

I'd suggest starting with the light switch. Make sure there are no loose wires and then swap the wires on the L and R terminals. If the problem then occurs on the other side of the car, you will know what you need to replace.

Electrical issues.

I just purchased a 1976 930 Turbo, and as noted on the PPI that one side (passenger) Lo beam, Hi beam, flashers, directional, brake & tail lights don't come on?

I have also attached 2 photos of what I found under the hood when I received the car picture one (fuse box) notice relay #3 from left to right has a wire only. is that the way it suppose to be?

picture #2 (connections) found under hood carpet. on passenger side - do these belong connected to one another?

any feedback with directions to repair would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Homemade relay jumper is definately not stock.

Be caurful pugging the wires back in, because the previous owner may have been chasing a short in the system.

Don't know what relay should be in that hole, but I would pull the wire, and find out what doesn't work afterwards.
