MA Shaw = Getty?
I've read conflicting accounts of whether this is true. I guess these links confirm...the Getty Catalog contains many of the same pages as the MA Shaw catalog
(Pelican doesn't seem to like the MA Shaw link. Perhaps because its address line contains "special" characters?) I guess to make it complete, here's the GT Racing catalog. I have not seen their parts in person but seems several posters here not happy with the quality? Come of the Getty pages contain "Proprietary Getty Design" but the Shaw catalog has the same parts?! Prices seem to be the same. Mike said all his parts are hand laid, I'm really just waiting for him to respond to an e-mail I send last Tuesday to place an order. Anyone not have good experience with Shaw? He was really responsive to begin with but hasn't responded to my past few questions. It would really suck to have a customer service issue 8,000 miles away... thanks

ive delt with shaw and have had great service, i always called him though, getty and shaw both come out the same buildings, look at the addresses. either way i have had good service and his stuff fit very well, from what ive seen.

Getty and Shaw may be setup as 'different businesses' but they are the same. It is one unit in a business park and there is only one inventory. There is no separation of anything inside the unit.
They are good to work with. The quality is great. Mike Shaw is a nice guy and has come to some of our PCA events. I do think he suffers a bit from the fact that when people learn who he is they try to 'get a deal' from him.

I drove up to the Getty Factory to pick up an S front bumper. Got a great deal. Good quality and good people.
