Driver's side window seal binding
 

would ya'll have any advice on how to repair this problem with my weather-stripping on my driver's side door frame (see attached badly-taken picture)? I can't roll the window up all the way and that's getting to be quite vexing.

I tried to find the window seal on Pelican but can't locate it yet.
