'72 Oil Tank Question

The crankcase breather hose fitting and the oil tank breather hose fitting are right next to each other, or one right above the other, on the oil tank. Is there a difference internally? I may have reversed the attachments. I have the oil tank breather hose connected to the upper fitting on the tank. I can't tell from the parts book and manual whether or not that is correct, or even if it makes a difference. Any VerteTur folks out there?

I'm not sure it matters much but I'd do it like you did. I think the oil tank breather should be the highest so as to have the least chance of pumping oil out of the car.
