Chicago area Porsche get-togethers?
Hi, any Chicago Pelicans know of get-togethers, rallies or fun runs planned in April/ May? I'm planning a trip and would like to participate and meet other Porsche enthusiasts. Can't wait to get the Carrera out in good weather!

We usually have a Spring Fling Fun run to kick off the driving season...problably in May. If you search for Spring Fling, you can find the old threads.

Watch the ChicagoPorsche list, Amir...or here. I'll post something soon. I want to scout some roads. The old route is less than exciting due to traffic and speed restrictions (45MPH or less!). Not that we're going to be speeding or driving recklessly, but the old route has about 15 minutes of anything close to exciting. And that's with cars in front and behind you doing 20 MPH.

Sounds like it may be a good excuse for a trip to Chi-town! If my car is ready to go I'll try to make it.

Hopefully, Garagimus Maximus will be ready to receive visitors by then....with a keg of Guinness cooling inside a fridge with a TurboTap installed on the side! LOL! Watering hole porblem solved.
