Please post pictures of footwell area
I have a '79 sc targa that is in need of tlc. The previous owner saw fit to remove lots of the interior trim. Can someone post pictures of say 78 thru early 80's of the foot wells. Not sure but I think I am missing the "kickpanel" that starts at the door and curves in under the dash.

Other then the chassis sheetmetal there is isn't much to show. The carpeting is glued to the sheetmetal. Later caars with footwell blowers install in the cavity have a padded/carpeted cover in the area you speak of. I'll try to dig up some pictures. Do a search on footwell blowers.
