Help needed with Carrera/930 cross breed

As many of you know I have installed a 3.3 turbo motor in my 84 Carrera. Everything is done with the exception of the muffler and the wiring. It's going to the muffler shop at 7am in the morning for the Duel outlet Magnoflo muffler but the problem is the wiring.
I pulled the computer from under the seat when I took the 3.2 out, and other than that all I did was removed the coil from the engine compartment. Now I have the 14 pin wiring diagram for the Carrera, but for some reason there is no power on the 3 main fuses on the panel in the rear of the car, does not matter if the switch is off or on. It seems that none of the 14 pin connects are hot as a few of them should be. Also, the front fuel pump appears not to be working as I did not do anything with it. I did add a 2nd pump in the rear but have not yet wired it up. Any input would be appreciated.
Also, I blame all this pain in my a-- Turbo stuff on RARLYL8, when I met him I was perfectly content with owning Big Block Corvettes and Camaros. He had to bring that little Red Winged Car to work and take me for a ride.

It was a pretty long road, but I made out fine with allot of help and input from others. Engine is in and seems to run great, I still have some fine tuning to do but I think Im there. If there is anything I can do to help you along as everything is still fresh in my mind just let me know.
