Porsche 993 wheels on a 996 ???

Will a 16" 993 wheel fit on a 1999 996 without any modification or spacers? Thanks, Johnny

I dont think 16" came on the 993s... they were all 17s or 18s.

Yes, there were 16" wheels on the 993 (standard wheels in 1995, I think). They are favored for snow tires. I think the brakes on the 996 may be too big for 16's though...

thanks for all the help, does anyone know for sure? I won't be able to test the wheels out until after I purchase them.

16 inch 993 wheels on my SC.

FWIW, I think think the 16's look a bit lost in the wheelwells of the 993. I would imagine the same would apply to a 996. Just my humble opinion, of course.

Those are the stock wheels above, but also rare. Most of the 993s came with the 17" Cup 'upgrades'.

These were extremely cheap!!!!
Would prefer Fuchs in 7+9 but can't afford them right now.
The offsets on these are I think 52 front/ 55 rear
