Question Goofy question: oil and drier

My Porsche manual list oil quantities for the condensers, evaporator, compressor...
and drier?

Now I realize the oil will work it's way around, but are you really supposed to add oil to a brand new drier? Should I just pour the small amount into the condensers instead? Does a new drier already come with oil in it?

Most charging station setups today have a provision to add oil in when you are charging the system, instead of the old way of manually adding oil, and then adding charge. The quanties listed are the amount of oil you need to add to the system when you replace that certain part, not that you have to add oil 'into' that part itself.
