Dansk Crossover?

I just received a Dansk stainless crossover pipe for my 87 Carrera. There is a dent in the pipe 1 1/2 inch in diameter about 6 1/2 inches from one of the flanges. The factory crossover does not have this dent. Outer packaging is fine, so no damage in shipping. Does anyone have a photo of one (not the one on the website) or first hand experience with this.

Thanks, Scott

Scott, can you email me or post a pic? When you say crossover pipe, do you actually mean a premuffler?

Thanks.

No, It is the crossover pipe. The part that goes from the right heat exchanger over the top of the left heat exchanger and connects to the premuffler. The factory part# is 930-111-169-05. The dansk part# is 92.104S. The dent is about 6 1/2 inches from the flange opposite the flex portion. It is about the size of a silver dollar. Looks like it would cause quite a restriction.

Thanks

Scott,

Once again, can you send or post a pic? Have you contacted the company you purchased the item from?
