If only sienfeld was a dolphin fan, SCORE!!!

Yeah, there were some interesting combo's done. But that is one of the things I liked about Porsches....real leather in a lot of different colors and match it with a big choice of paints.

Mine was originally metallic gold with red leather interior....any former SF 49er football players want to claim it?

Bad nes is po's had repainted it to silver then black. Some po also painted/dyed the red leather black.

a little busy..a little young for my tastes..

Andrew,

That interior combination is decidedly NOT suitable for a hung-over/bad hair Sunday morning drive !

Cheers,
Dennis. :(

Factory COlors

I wouldn't call it odd ball but my '79 SC Targa is different. It was paint code 099 Paint to Sample. The color might be a Mercedes color because I've seen some 70's era SLs in a similar color. The color is a cross between light yellow and light tan - with more yellow than tan.

I would never have ordered it in that color but it's really grown on me especially since I never see another one in that color!

John, Pretty sure your car is Bamboo Beige. I THINK it was a stock color in the mid year range and a special order afterward. I classy color.

I've actually seen a dark blue exterior with a lobster red interior. It sounds horrible, but actually looked pretty good. Of course, that could be because it was a 930...

Oddball factory color combo

Can anyone tell me what color(s) this one is? I think it's an early 930.

It's my son's first birthday tomorrow, and I thought I'd try to treat him to his first P-car.

Jim Garfield 03-20-2006 06:23 PM

I actually think that could have worked if the interior was just the green with no orange accents.....or I might be wrong.

I know there's some more unique colors out there, let's see them.

JuiceMan 03-20-2006 08:19 PM

The interior on that 1999 is UGLY. Exterior is awesome though.

JuiceMan 03-20-2006 08:20 PM

Jshape: you have a stunning 911!
