Chrome Wheels

Originally I posted this question on the OT section, but it died a quick and quiet death. So here it is: can anyone recommend any wheel chroming shops in the L.A. area?

My parents have a Lexus with chrome wheels. Apparently there's a slow leak at a corner or two. Not coming from the tires or valvestems. The tire shop thinks it might be due to curb rash along the bead, if a little rust gets under to lift the chrome.

[I apologize if this is deemed a non-911 topic.]
