You might want to adjust your idle mixture. The reading of .19% without a CAT is too lean. When this lean, you will get the odd misfire, sending raw fuel out the exhaust, causing the super high 778 ppm of HC you got.

Plugging in the O2 sensor will also help.

I'll be adjusting the mixture today. The warm idle is a bit rough, with the odd spitting noise, and is a bit low. Car also pops and crackles quite a bit on throttle off deceleration.

Otherwise is runs great.
