sill threshold strips
Hi
Does anyone have a picture of black threshold strips that hold down the carpet just above the door sill, on a 84-89 Carrera? The ones I currently have are the usual aluminium ones, but I hear these are also available in anodised black aluminium. So, lets see some pics please. Cheers RG5. |

Didn't know they were available in black anodised; I simply sprayed mine several years ago with Wurth's satin - still look great. I will try and shoot a picture later tonight.

I cleaned mine up, sprayed them with three light coats of Rustoleum satin black, and got some black sheet-metal screws at Home Depot. Two years and have never scuffed through.

lol, you want pricey..how about them black anodized cover strips 901-551-419-28 $47.25 each..geez, guess I better clean and paint mine!
Almost forgot..the rubber sill plate pad 911-551-619-00 -left, 911-551-620-00 -right ..$37.00 each total 168.40 for trim ..
