Carrera Tensioner Install cost?
A friend was quoted $1100 parts & labor to install Carrera tensioners. Mine were installed years ago. Is this quote consistent with today's shops? In the ballpark? Has anybody had this done lately?

well I know the parts run from 4 to 600 so add at least 4 hours labor....and while there, new ramps ? cam retime ?? (I allwasys try to take advantage of while I am here stuff)...and truly its a job we all can talk you threw if your handy

Thanks guys, sounds like another case of old fart inflationary prices shock...I paid $600 back in the late 80's...
