WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT LISTEN TO SOUK ON THIS. Once, long long ago he told me the same bit of advice...and it has cost me a lot more than 2k, a girlfriend (okay not entirely), and any contact with the outside world. DO NOT SPEND IT ON TRACK TIME....





...unless you want to have about as much fun as you can have with your clothes on.

Assuming the car is in good shape overall, and nothing needs looked at- drive her!!!!!!!!!!!
Spend the money on track time, driving lessons, and tires.
Learning to drive these beauties at speed- safely on the track- is a whole lot more fun than looking at your new sway bars.
Once you can handle the car- then you will know what needs to be done next. Use your next $2000 to do the upgrades that you will then want. A new set of bushings will not put a smile on your face the way powering through turn one at your local track will. Been there, done that!

new front seat upholstery in leather (one grand)..fuchs refinished (anodized half a grand)..all new rubber bushings, front shocks (the rest).
