CIS to EFI fuel pump?
My 75 Cis pump is bad and I want to remount it up front anyway. Now would it be smart to use a pump out of a 85 motronic setup since I'm going to go to an efi setup? Everything I've searched and found shows pressures and feed rate about the same and would be efficient for the efi. Also the pump is more readily available and has a check valve built in. (Good or Bad?) Would you mount a filter before the pump? And what lines would you use? (my car is completely apart so I can do about anything...steel, braided, nylon???) Thanx, Duke
