Banana arm bushing removal

I have most of the rear suspension off my 74 911 anyway and was debating on replacing the banana arm bushings with the monoballs. Any special trick needed to get the old bushings out? Looks like the monoball replacements are clipped in. The bolt is to the outter side of the car, so it looks like it can be removed w/o pulling the engine. Nice indent in the frame to allow the long bolt room to get out. Torque to ? lbs when done

If you get the arms out of the car, the bushings are surprisingly easy to remove. I removed mine with a punch and hammer.
