What are these wires for?

I have removed the A/C system and as you can see the blower in the smugglers box as well. I have removed the wires that went directly to the A/C controls in the center console. The wires left behind appear to go to the fresh air blower but I am not sure. Can anyone tell me what these are for? Can I remove them if the A/C is removed?

I removed my ac and all of what I see in that pic is no longer. Totally removed it with no issues.
