930 spare tire question

What was delivered as a spare wheel on the 930s? Was it the same standard steel wheel the rest of the cars got?

TIA

Inflatables. I still have the OEM if you need one.

Can you post a pic? Do you know if its the standard steel wheel that is used for a spare on the rest of the cars?

Im getting a set of steel wheels widened and Im curious if 930 brakes will fit under them in the future should I decide to do the upgrade.

Thanks!

I don't see why 930 calipers won't clear as the spare is made for 930s.
I've included a shot of the measurements as well.

thanks! Thats way different from the standard steel wheel. For the brakes, Im sure. Very cool looking wheel for a widening project, though.

Wait a minute, wait a minute......

- what's the question here?

1.) 930 brakes are nothing more than street versions of 917 brakes....work under 15 " wheels even.
2.) Seeing that most front 930's used a 205 tire on Fuchs 16"....pretty much same as the narrow cars....

---what's the issue?

There is no issue. Im getting a set of 15x4.5 steel wheels widened for my car. I know early 930 brakes will fit under my current 15x7 Fuchs. I was curious if they would fit under the steel wheels. I didnt know that 930s were shipped with a different steel wheel for the spare.
