Pressure plate experts - 911 to 915 compatibilty?

Hi All,

I'm putting in a early mag cased 915 into my '71 car with Carrera 3.0 engine in place of the 70-71 911 type transmission,

so far I have done the following:

made some clearance in the tunnel for the trans and have installed nose cone in place to check this
swapped the shifter tower to 915 type
swapped the clutch cable for a 73 915
extended reverse light wires for switch
I have also got a correct clutch disc (20 tooth splines for the 915 trans)

I'm a bit confused over pressure plates and stuff though, some place like mittelmotor show just one 225mm pressure plate from 70-86, but the sachs catalogue show a multitude of pressure plates, all 225mm but all with slightly different part numbers.

Would it possible to use the 225mm pressure plate from my 70-71 911 clutch setup (only has approx 7k miles on it) and replace the T/O bearing with a 915 one? any reason why this would not work?

Also any tips for getting the release fork lined up with the T/O bearing greatly recieved

Many thanks one and all
