964 Bumper Lip-conversion On 86' 911

i recently bought a 964 front bumper with top smile and back support, im interested on info from people who have done this before? thanks a bunch

and the second thing does anyone know where i can source a factory lip for the 964 bumper or aftermarket lip, mine didnt come with the lip
