converting US spec H4 to Euro H4?
 

My 83SC originally came with Halogen sealed beam headlights. I have converted over to Bosch US spec H4's with 80/100 Narva bulbs and Sucro relay kit but I still have the "sugar scoop" rings. So if I want to convert to Euro spec/type H4's what do I have to purchase? Is it just the glass lens and trim ring? Or do you have to change out the headlight mounting system?

You need the entire headlight assembly, although you can continue to use your bulbs and relay,

By headlight assembly you mean the "framework" the glass lens mounts in?

Said another way, you need everything except the bulbs and relay.

Pelican offers all you need in a kit form. I'd go with what they have.

The euro H4s come as a complete plug and play unit, usually the paintable trim ring is an option
