'Ya know? I think as fellow car guys we shouldn't be critical of another guy's taste in modifications.....well, unless they ask for our opinions. But sometimes people do such.....unintelligble.... stuff. What the hell was this supposed to be? Was there a plan? Looks like they turned a 914 into a 914-6...then things just started getting out of hand.
Some people just have too much money and not enough taste...in this case? NO taste at all. Someone needed to take this guys checkbook away and swat his hand. Poor little 914. They're nice cars too, it didn't deserve a fate like this.

I think we might have a bit of a problem with the title of this thread though...
We are talking about German cars here and David Hasslehoff is a huge superstar in German. If we question German's tastes are we not questioning the tastes that bring us Porsche? Activate Nomex undies now...

seeing cars like this always leads me to the same question, "why do dogs lick themselves"? And the same answer!

The car design can only be the result of having the tools, a welder , a few wrecked cars and a young man with a supply of speed being helped by an old man experiencing flashbacks

First you take the cake frosting and put it the cone. Make sure you have the correct tip securely fastened so extra frosting does not ooze all over. Then....
