Smile Pelican's Service Gets an A+

My car was rear-ended and has been in the body shop for a bit. Last week my guy called and said the only part he didn't have was the rear quarter window seal. I called Pelican and they had one in stock. When I reported this back to my guy he explained that he had one ordered through the Porsche dealer and couldn't cancel.

Yesterday he calls to update and says oh by the way that seal may not be in until the 28th. WTF.

I called Pelican, Tom answered. This morning before noon the seal is on my front door step. 17.00 for shipping from the left coast to the right in under 24 hours is a deal on any level.
Maybe, just maybe I will be riding again this weekend. Then I can get back to installing the box of Pelican parts sitting in my garage.
