Installing front thru-body sway bar question

OK. I've read the Pelican tech article but it really doesn't answer my question:

Where do I drill the hole for the sway to go through? On my 74 I could see the stamping in the sheet metal but on my 86 I can't see it.

Can someone post a pic?
