Torsion bar ?

I'm in the process of replacing my torsion bars on my mid year and I was wondering if the old bars are worth anything to anyone like the VW guys or should I just keep them and act like I have some parts inventory ?

Funny you should ask that question. I am in the process of changing out mine myself. I guess it all depends why you're changing them out. Mine work fine but I'm changing them out to put in heavier bars. There may be someone out there that needs bars due to a broken one.

Occasionally someone replaces stock-with-stock due to damage - rust or abrasion caused by sagging bushings. They aren't worth too much.

May be needing a good left one that is undamaged with no rust or abrasions. I will know more tomorrow, Thanks Jerry
