Alumnium rear end parts

Hello all.

I am vague about the exact parts which the factory had as options..I have seen rear lids and license panels..

I have heard of bumperettes, and of rear lower quarters..

But can anyone kindly confirm the truth of these latter?

And, what cars and years would these have been fitted to please?
