Where can I get this part?

Does any one know where I can get or how I can repair this part? I can't find it on Pelican's site.

It's part of the Accelerator console in the back of the engine where the accelerator linkage attaches.

When I tried removing the ball and socket the socket pulled out of the bracket.

I would prefer to "weld" the the socket back in to the bracket somehow.

Thanks.

I see why the ball pulled out – you have the racing safety pin
type socket. The safety pin (red arrow) will rotate and clip off
the socket and then it can slide out of the socket. Once the
safety pin is out, the ball will pop out of the socket.

I would press the ball back in the lever arm and weld it. There
is a replacement ball & nut used at the transmission bell crank
that will work just fine. Be sure and Loctite red the nut.

Best,
Grady

Grady, How did you see that in a fuzzy photo and i missed it looking at the real thing. That is amazing. Thanks!

PET shows the part to be 911.110.060.03 Type this into the search box at the upper left and you'll find that Pelican does sell it.

Sometimes it is hard to find where a part may be listed on Pelican's site but if you enter the part number it will usually show up. If you don't have a copy of PET, you ought to. It's cheap and very useful.

JR,

Thanks. I found it based on the part number. I need to get a copy of PET.
