Newbie model year question
 

Can anybody supply me with a model numbers for each year.

Would like to add a 964 decklid to my 79SC but do not know what model years the 964 was produced. Thanks in advance.

I'll give a shot at the info you requested. I assume you don't need newer than the 996 model years but

996 from 99 thru 2004
993 from 95 thru 1998
964 from 89(late) thru 94
Carrera from 84 thru 89
S/C from 78 thru 83

Prior to 78 the impact bumper cars started in 74 with different nomenclature in different years pre 78 . A couple of examples 74 was 911, 911S, Carrera and 73 had 911T, 911E and 911S
