What is a "normal" vacuum reading on a '77 2.7?

Can anybody tell me what a normal vacuum reading on a CIS 2.7 would be? I'm at sea level, if that makes a difference.

My reading is a steady 35cm/hg (14 in/hg). I am suspicious of a blown airbox/leaks...

Thanks
