Need help with brake rotor install

I'm replacing the rear brake rotors on my SC with new Zimmermans and I've run into a problem. One side went on fine, but I can't get the other on. I can get the old rotor on no problem but not the new. Seems like it's got plenty of clearance over the emergency brake, but there's metal to metal contact. Any ideas? Could it be a manufacturing problem. I'm stuck.

Thanks,
Sean

Sean,

First, even though it my seem like there is E brake clearance...there may not be. I would loosen up the brake shoes or make sure they are aligned correctly. I seriously doubt there is a manufacturing flaw here. Patience and carefull looking is the key.

Cheers,

Thanks Michael, you were right on. Adjusted the emergency brake and it slid right on. Thanks for help.
